This is your precious pregnancy because your first pregnancy was aborted so take proper bed rest and medicine under supervision of gynaecologist , some time no morning sickness

Your beta HCG is normal. For further confirmation you should repeat the test after 2 days.
You should also get a sonography done so that the life of the embryo, its age and its location are confirmed.
Morning sickness is not a universal phenomenon. Many women don't experience morning sickness.
