Hi Doctor My father's age is 55 years old...He is a diabetic patient.He is having more hunger than usual.For example,If he eats now , again after one hour he wants to eat anything . 10 days back ,my father gave  to blood sugar test, In fasting,he had 175 In random , he was having 260 Can u say what is the reason behind it
