Morbidly obese
Hello doctor. i am 16 and am morbidly obese. my bmi is 33.7. lately i have been going to gym .i workout 6 days a week for two hours. the gym instructor makes me exercise my hold body from muscles to waist to thighs. also i have switched to healthy eating and i consume 1000 calories a day. but to my bitter disappointment after 16 days my weight has increased instead of decreasing.before joing the gym it was 79.5 and after 16 days it was 81.5. i still continued and now its 22 days since i started and there is absolutely no change. i give my best but there is no change in my weight. there is only a bit increase in my stamina and strenght and flexibility as my gym instructor says he noticed. but other than that there is no change at all. i am allergic rhinitis patient too. i use nasal spray once in a week. i had been operated for tonsils and sinusitis when i was 9 years old and once again sinusitis when i was 10 years old. thats all. i really want to become fit and strong.please help.
