I hope you are taking it under directions of a Doctor and not by self medication via Google.
It is secreted in breast milk. It is not recommended for children below 12 years of age. So wisdom dictates that it should not be used by breastfeeding mothers.
I don't know if your urine culture examination was done before starting Monurol. We don't even know if it was indicated.
