I had an abortion 2 years ago, I’ve just noticed that I have bumps on my nipples, after research I found this is called Montgomery glands.. Seeing as I’ve just noticed them, how do I know if it’s from my previous pregnancy or if it’s an early sign of a new pregnancy.. please help..

Montgomery glands are usually found in second trimester of pregnancy not in early pregnancy and persist for long time.So if you are having then of previous pregnancy.
