Swollen bump on outer areola

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have a bump that just popped up on my outer areola. I don't see a white head on it currently, but I have been applying heat compresses. I believe it may be a clogged Montgomery gland; I also have bacterial vaginosis. Could the bacterial infection have triggered a gland to clog? I am not pregnant. I have take 2 home tests.
