Momentary imbalance
Hi I feel a momentary imbalance in my head. However I do not have the feeling of fainting or falling down. It just comes and goes. It does not affect my work. I have anxiety and stress Please let me know why it happens

The exact cause can be determined by a proper history and examination . If you feel it on sudden movements of head then it could be BPPV. IF it happens immediately on standing, then it can be due to orthostatic hypotension. So get a physician's consultation done.
