Molluscum contagiosum
It's like watery pimples under right arm and after squeezing it , it become itchy and go away after 1-2 days by leaving a little scar . As I googled it I've found that this is molluscum contagiosum . Please recommend me some ointment or something like that

Molluscum contagiosum is viral infection, which is asymptomatic, non itchy, and not water filled. According to your description it is suggestive of bacterial infection. Send me the pic of affected area on online consultation for proper diagnosis and treatment.
