Molluscum contagiosum
Is there any OTC cream you can prescribe for a molluscum skin rash? I have a few painless bumps on my right shoulder and underarm and it's spreading slowly. I do not want to venture out for treatment given the current COVID situation. Many thanks in advance.

It may or may not be molluscum . Kindly share pic to confirm diagnosis. . Need more details.
