Greetings. Your question is not very clear - Milia and moles - both can be treated by - radiofrequency ablation or ablative lasers like carbon di oxide laser treatment. You must see a qualified deramtologist who will do this treatment for you. For dandruff- you must use an antifungal based shampoo two to three times a week. if severe - you may need a course of oral antifungals too.
