Depends on the size of the mole. If its tiny can be removed by punch excision . If its little large will have to excise with blade. The procedure is not that long and will be wrapped by around half hour. Plastic surgeons and dermatologists both can tackle the issue. If its on face, plastic surgeon would be a better pick.
