Hello Dr...i have 3 moles on my face and i want to remove them ..what should i do .. suggest me some medicine or cream to remove them without surgery... Here i send you my pic of moles .. please suggest me something i wanna remove them ...

Hello madam....
When the moles are less than 0.5 mm in size get it removed by fractional LASER, but when they are bigger than that go for mole excision by punch excision to get wonderful cosmetic outcome... meet a dermatologist or a dermatosurgeon for better evaluation and proper approach
