Hello my dear . i filled my one molar tooth 3 years ago. but now when i eating ،warm food or tea etc. tooth starting pain . i can not eating . but when i eating cool food or cool water fast removing pain . thanks TIMORSHAH RAHIMZAI

Hello, first yes it is possible to have a problem with a root canal even years after it was completed. some times there are secondary canals.accessory canals/ reactivation of an infection at the end of the root or a cracked tooth. But the nerve does not regenerate. So please consult your dentist to examine first.
