Had surjury in 2017 sep. There is some progress in hand rotation but haven't gain full rotation yet. I would like to ask all experts available on this platform, After full recovery is it possible to be a build a body by intensive weight and strength training? As shoulder is the main part in all Forms of excerise, is it possible to gain strength through push ups, pull up, dips and all sorts of exercises??? Revert is much appreciated. Thank you.

But there may be a minimal terminal extension or abduction lag.
But in return, you get safe from redislocation from this surgery.

Find a good physiotherapist who can guide you professionaly for correct excersices. It seems that you have rotator cuff injury ,ask your physio for U.S for 10 days and sports taping,with that if progressive strengthening of scalpula and shoulder muscles done you will be out from this difficult situation.
