What shall i do to overcome this disease? is this currable? is trimetazidine good for me?what are good natural meds/vits/mineral for my heart i should take?i have normal blood pressure and heartbeat. sometimes i felt short breath and i felt back pain and a pain in my heart. is my mitral valve be in normal function again through good life style?

You have not mentioned what existing disease you have, mitral valve does not get affected by any diet, your healthy heart just avoid deep fried items,exercise daily, it's better show to a cardiologist near you
