Hello Dear
Social Media is fun, but at the same time it can be "addictive", "self-destructing" and "depressing".
Why?
Because we start finding our reality in the virtual world instead of the real world, which is the major reason for feeling major how you are feeling.
I would suggest that let's connect for a simple talk and learn therapy and let me see what best I can do for you.
