Missed periods
My wife and i are trying for a baby. her last period was last month 12th. her average cycle is 31days. So she should have had the cycle on 13nth, but no. So we took home pregnancy test on 16th, it turned negative. so we wait for another week and test. How accurate is it within 3days of missed periods.

If ur cycles r regular then pregnancy test can be positive in 3 days.But if first test is negative then wait for 12-14 days to repeat it again
