Missed Periods, Leg Pain, Abdomen Pain - I Am Not Active In

Missed periods, leg pain, abdomen pain

I am not active in physical relationship. But past two months I missed my periods. Now I am having leg pain , hand pain and body pain, i am observing some acne too. From last two to three days , i also have abdominal irresistible pain. Please someone suggest me what should I do.
