Missed Periods

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I was expecting my Periods on 12 April . Missed by 5 days . I did pregnancy test by bringing home kits of 2 different manufacturers (parega news and I can). Tests were negative. What could be the possible reasons since I am not willing to be pregnant.

Urine pregnancy kits are not give 100% results.. Doin a ultrasound would be conclusive and than withdrawal, consult a Gynaecologist for further management
