I m not sexually active but by this month my periods got missed I already taken meprate for 3 days still no periods what to do

Menstrual cycle usually come by 7 to 10 days after stopping meprate. So wait.
If still there is no period then get an usg lower abdomen and pelvis and consult a gynaecologist.
