Missed periods
I'm having frequent abdominal pain and had menstrual cramps just like I am about to get my period, but had none. I've not had my periods for past 5 months.
Didn't pay much attention to it earlier because I've always had irregular periods. But, the pain has increased my worries.

Get an ultrasound done immediately as u might be suffering from some pathology like fibroid, endometriosis or PCOs ,get back to us with the details for a advise on this and treatment.
