Missed periods
Haven't had periods for over 45 days. Last was on 25th Nov and then midcycles due to emergency contraception.

If u r overdue for so long and u hv taken emergency contraceptive.. Do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy as failure rates of em pills are high. If negative then just wait for periods
