Missed periods and pregna

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hellooo doctor. I had intercourse on 22jan,unprotected. That was starting day of my period. Till now i did not get my periods. I have done 3 pregnancy tests done at home .and all results are negative.i m worried that i might be pregnant. If i m not then where are my periods. I m confused.does having sex once during first day of my period cause pregnancy. Please help me doc.
