Missed Periods
10 days have passed from my due date but Missed my periods...spotting is there...and pregnancy test are negative. Really worried

Thank you for your question.
Since you have already waited ten days and your pregnancy test is negative there may be other reasons why you are not getting your regular bleed. I would suggest you see your gynaecologist for examination and they will treat you accordingly. You may be asked to get some blood tests as well.
