Missed period
I missed my periods on 30th April... Last periods was there in 30th March.. Then we planned for baby... Till now I have got no periods... I got my usg done of lower abdomen... In the report there is nothing visible in uterus... But the right ovary has a follicle of 14mm...is there any chance of pregnancy ??? I tested through prega news.. Got negative result..

If there is 2 months if missed period then pregnancy would have been detected with sonography. This small cyst will resolve onc there are menses.

U missed your period because of that follicle in ovary please consult to a gynecologist as soon as possible
