I have an abortion on 26th february and now it's 1month completed and i have not got my menstrual cycle any medicine should I prefer or not
And what should be the reason for not getting my menstrual cycle.

Wait for 2 more weeks post abortion it takes 45 days and if scan not done after abortion please do that first( usg tvs- check scan)
