  3. Missed Period. I was on medication?

Hi, my last menses were on 4th July. And I have missed this month's period by a week. I've been on medication since last 4 weeks for fissures. I am not sure if I am pregnant or is this because I was on medication? Please suggest the next course of action asap. Thank you.
