  4. Missed Period. Of my missed periods?

Hello..my last period was July 17,2018 and i didn't get my period on the month of August so i took pt on Aug 18 and negative result. What seems to be the problem of my missed periods? i have undergone caesarian section last Dec. 22,2017 for my first baby.
