Missed Period for 30 days
My wife has missed period for 30 days. Result of Urine Test Negative on day 22. Doctor advised to take Regestrone 5 mg. twice daily for 5 days. On taking the aforesaid medicine on day 3 she noticed slight brownish layer in her vagina wall. Again it came normal and no sign of layer. Again after completing the course after two days she noticed a light liquid spotted i.e. when she washes her vagina some liquid is touching in finger but noting noticed in the pad. Is she pregnant or something else?

Well if she doesn't get her periods in next one or two days you need to do a Urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy and get back to us for further advice on this if needed.
