If she missed her regular period date and pregnancy test negative and B-HCG test also negative that mean she is not pregnant.

No pregnancy because Bhcg value is less than 2.Take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.Third option is you can wait for spontaneous resumption of menstruation.
