Missed mensuration cycle
Hi..I'm 23 years old. I haven't get my periods from last 2 months. I gone through the urine pregnancy test which results NEGATIVE. I had also tested pregnancy 4 times by test kit after missed periods and the result was negative. I was prescribed by the Dr. for 'Norethisterone DLOT-N' tablets - twice in a day for 5 days. Please tell me do this tablet will suit me to get back my periods. Is this a right medicine to take in. After how many days will my periods starts? And what are other possibilities? Please help me.

Menses will be there within 2-7days after stopping of treatment  if not occur  then  wt for 15 days more

hello, yes, this medicine is fine. this tablet will cause withdrawal bleeding and you will get your normal menstrual cycle back.

dont worry, take the medicine as prescribed by your doctor. its called withdrawal bleeding, means u will get ur periods 3-5days after u finish the course of medicine , not while taking it.so finish the course , u will get periods..

Yes they are the tablets and they suit many women. Learn to  trust  your doctor......medicines will work effectively. Choose a doctor and trust her....then don't have second thoughts. Wait for minimum five to fifteen days to get periods after the tablets .... Then meet your gynaecologist again for further management. If no periods after fifteen days also then too meet your gynaecologist.
