Missed menses
I am having irregular periods from past 4 months.2 months ago when I had an ultrasound it showed that my right ovary is slightly enlarged. After that I have missed my period and it's been 20 days already. I am not sexually active too.

Take medications for withdrawl..get yourself examined by a gynaecologist near you and start regular medication..
A detailed investigation workup need to be done too to know the cause of irregular periods
