My doctor prescribed me metital tab for pcos .. 10 min before dinner I have to took my medicine but i forgot to take it before dinner... can I should take my medicine metital tab after dinner..?? Is it OK to do it

It's ok to skip the tab May not help much The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi
