Missed abortion. Then what should i do.

Hii...my LMP was 23 may..my upt showed positive once sark but mostly light positive ...on 6 july mu tvs showed no gsac in uterus ..no ectropic pregnancy was there...my doctor advised to go for blood test ..the same day..my betahcg had a value of 169...but on 7 th of july i notice brownish tissue discharge alongwith mild period pain in pelvic area occasionaly...brownish tissue discharhge was happening the next day on .8th too...period pains were more but no periods were starting..doctor gave me misoprostol 4 tab to be taken together..on 9th july after taking pills i had severe pains of periods ..periods started but they are not that proper...lesser than usual...plz guide if it is normal or not?if not then what should i do...tissue are still being discharges but period are lesser even almost no pains now...bleeding is not matching the effect of intake of misoprostol.,,
