FIRST OF ALL GET A USG DONE AND TELL ME HOW MANY WEEKS IS THE PREGNANCY AS PER USG. IF ITS LESSER THAN 8 WEEKS THEN YOU COULD GET ABORTION DONE BY TAKING ONLY PILLS AND NO ADMISSION. IF THE PREGNANCY HAS CROSSED 8 WEEKS THEN ITS BETTER TO UNDERGO A SURGICAL D AND E PROCEDURE

This is called missed abortion, where only the sac is left in the uterus.this pregnancy is not viable. You need to consult a gynaecologist n get it surgically removed by a simple process .
Next Steps
Also get your blood group tested.
