Myself 35 , husband age 45.
3 miscarriage all first trimester
Cycle day 23 June
This month 22 July cycle, should I go for egg quality check , any blood test or songraphy for antral follicle count,
Is there any problem in my egg or uterus.
My husband sperm count ok

Do ApTT, Serum Anti phospholipids Antibody IgG and IgM testing , lupus anticoagulant Beta 2 gycoprotein
Get blood sugar test done and urine culture test done
Get thyroid test done empty stomach tomorrow morning fasting levels

Good morning..
-3 miscarriage means you should get APLA test to rule out the problem and start medication accordingly..
- no need to get egg quality check or sperm count test .. as u both have 3 pregnancies which means ur chances to conceive are not bad .. .
You can try for one more pregnancy and see start few medication before itself .
- If u had any miscarriage products testing done that can help the cause in some cases.
If still the same problem then go for IUI or IVF . In these they will check good quality sperms sperms and ovary and plan . Ur Endometrial thickness is also good .
