Miscarriage in 12th week
Hi doctor, My wife yesterday on 5th Oct we went for first trimester screening, there at clinic she spotted with small amount of blood in her first trimester is observerd. Post ultrasound there was no heart beat of baby doctor said it's miscarriage at 9th week. I just wanted to know that during miscarriage there should be some symptoms + bleeding in 9th week. She never felt anything any symptoms.but yes she was getting abdominal pain, back ache. She never felt vomit and all. Can you pls help what has happened pls.

Symptoms can not predict miscarriage. Many times there is no any symptoms. Most common cause is genetic. You should undergo certain test for the same

In first trimester abortion most important thing is chromosome anomaly.If you want to know the exact cause of abortion then get done TSH level, Torch test .More important is karyotyping of both partners.
