I had two times miscarriage in first week. For second time pregnency I took six months time gap. Second time also I had miscarriage same like first time. Why it is happens to me

Need to be sure if it was pregnancy,that is urine test was positive or any evidence of pregnancy egs usg.Bec sometimes you can get overdue for many other reasons.
