Had unprotected sex , but had ipill the same day after some days there was discharge but without pain it lasted for 5 - 6 days without regular period cramps , i doubt if it was period , my usual period didn't came , and now after one month of unprotected sex i am having pain in lower abdomen right side with feeling of nausea , doctor told to do ultrasound and some tests , in scan there is noted minimal fluid in pelvis , what are the reasons ? can anyone explain what is my situation
