Mind is not fix up
Twenty four hours 365 days every moment I always think deeply to satisfy my mind. But by this procrss my mind doesn't become calm. I always think about past and future. For this reason I am mentally not normal

It means that something is bothering you a general anxiety about future and may be some Ruminations about the past. It could be your obsessive trait as well needs to be investigated. Right as you have rightly mentioned. When you keep trying to satisfy your mind and keep thinking of the past n future you mind is always on the run . Obviously you won't calm down . What about the present ..why not focus on the present situation .you will benefit more if you take an expert guidance as to how to calm your mind
