Front upper n lower milk teeth r not falling n behind them permanent teeths r growing.Wats d solution...plz advise me...thnk u...

The teeth you have mentioned usually shed by this age.However, as they have not shed as per schedule and the permanent teeth are already erupting, these milk teeth will need to be extracted
