Milk tooth not falling
Front upper n lower milk teeth r not falling n behind them permanent teeths r growing.Wats d solution...plz advise me...thnk u...

Front upper teeth usually shed around 7 to 8 yrs of age. But if you have noticed that new teeth are already seen through the gums and milk teeth are not shaking at all then they need to be removed. If the milk teeth are shaking then you can wait for 10 or 15days for them to shed.
Next Steps
visit a Pedodentist to get the best treatment . and advise if anything else needs to be done later for these teeth or adjacent teeth also.
