Milk tooth at age of 5 n half yr
My son's one tooth is loosen since 10days n new tooth is also coming slightly inside of same milk tooth. Is it normal or should we hv to consult dentist. How much time milk tooth take to fall naturally? Thanking you! VARSHA A Gunde

At this age it is normal for the front milk tooth to start loosening and the permanent tooth erupts in the lingual (backside ) of front tooth. But when the milk tooth falls, the permanent tooth gets it normal position by tongue pressure.

Normal Every milk tooth has a different time of shading and if the time table is missed then it causes malaligned teeth and require wiring treatment for correction.
