Do v have to be in fasting before v approach dentist for removal of loosened tooth. If not how many hours of gap is required after intake of food.

No! As the dentist will give you local anaesthesia before removing the tooth, you need to have a proper meal or a snack before you visit your dentist for a tooth extraction. Atleast eat something half an hour before you visit your dentist for a tooth extraction.
