Breastfeeding is an energy-consuming activity. Rest, hydration, and a nutrient-rich diet will keep both you and your baby nourished and feeling your best. More specifically, be sure to get plenty of protein, iron, iodine, choline, and calcium.you drink more water and milk during lactation  with no stress, and make the baby  suck frequently from 7 pm to 10 pm while you both are not sleeping, and take shatavari powder in milk, give the baby semi solid diet from morning to evening.

It's difficult to increase the milk supply after 7 months. You can still try.
