Milk supplements for 2 year old
Looking for a good milk supplement suggestion for 2 year old kid.pls advice,as heard that bournvita and horlicks have high sugar content.

Good morning! you don't require any milk supplement. Plain milk is good .Make it habit to give Plain milk, because plain milk is available any where you go. But at the time good taste is added if you add some supplement. Taste of Bournvita is great even adult can not refuse. You can add Bourvita or Horlicks a tsf or two to 150 to 200 ml of cold milk or hot milk ,there is nothing wrong with it It has sugar, but you are using as sugar substitute . It is not much. You can have great combinations with ice creams, milk shake or you can use even fruit to it..No extra sugar . You can use use chocolate powder to milk . Chocolate is great in taste, and improves blood circulation to each and every organ of Body. We are worried about Brain. It improves good sleep, memory, improves Happy hormones and so many other benefits. So go ahead to add supplements to milk ,add small quantity , no extra plain sugar, Do not forget immunization, Hygiene, Other nutrition like greens vegetables fruits, emotional healthy environments . Never leave your child unattended, Never shout or argue in presence of your precious child. Encourage activity, Sports dancing, music and many more activities. Even Autistic child can be trained to trained to learn swimming and get year after year Olympic Gold medal in swimming.
