Dear mam
Attached powder pic
Can I take shatavri powder for milk purpose it will good or not pls tell .becoz am getting little milk not sufficient or baby sometime am giving formula milk babay age 50 days .. and
even am using lactare tablets but no use

Lactare and the powder in the pic are same

Try feeding the baby frequently. Once the baby gets used to formula feeds,it is difficult, baby will not like breast milk
