Milk is a necessary food items which contains most of the required vitamins and minerals for our body. It is the best source for calcium which helps in bone strength. But if you taking full cream milk and not going for regular exercises then chances are there that you may put on weight.
Hello well Generally milk is good for health only because it contains calcium which is very much necessary for the body but then it is adulteration is so much that even the little amount of milk which you drink might not be good because of the adulterated milk ...hope am clear to you ... thank you
