Miliary tuberculosis
Yesterday I experienced subacute cramp and pain in my left middle stomach first time after 3 months of laprotomy . Is there anything to be concerned about it???

No. These cramps happen in ABDOMINAL tuberculosis. Untill unless very severe symptoms.

Why was the laparotomy done???  Post operative adhesions happen where bowel loop gets stuck to one another and abdomen wall. Usually this symptoms come down. But if symptoms are continuing or hampering your lifestyle like disturbed sleep the consult a surgical Gastroenterologist
