Miliary tuberculosis

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I was diagnosed with miliary tuberculosis , my medication started on 1 April. My laprotomy( loop ileostomy) was done on 27th June. I don't feel appetite yet. Is it normal ?

Loss of appetite is part of tuberculosis symptoms. Which treatment this will improve. But nutritional supplements should be taken to cover up the deficiency. Water electrolyte loss should be covered up. A lot of care is needed to prevent further complications.
